Grant H. Farha |
Grant Farha has a strong business management, marketing, and investment background having either owned or been involved in the running of numerous companies over the years and continuing to have an interest in several business ventures. This carries over into his real estate business, specializing in the listing and selling of investment properties as well as being Vice President of the Mike Grbic Corporation and a founding member and partner in FBG Investment Property Group.
Although known for his knowledge of investment real estate, he is able to accommodate owner occupant buyers as they get the added benefit of his understanding of interior design being co-owner of an interior design company.
Grant prides himself on building long lasting client relationships, his professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a keen sense of the real estate industry. Mike Grbic |
Mike Grbic was born in Seattle, WA but grew up with his family in Towanda, Kansas . "I owe a lot to my parents. I definitely got my work ethic and drive from my Mom and Dad. They're great." Mike is without a doubt, the "Hardest Working Realtor in Town" and prides himself on that.
Mike attended the USAF Academy in Colorado Springs, has owned several local businesses and got his real estate license in 1994. It wasn't until 2002 when Mike implemented his team concept and his real estate business took off. Mike spends most of his time selling real estate and helping the team implement new systems and technologies. He thrives on staying on the cutting edge and thinking outside the box. Jody Border |
Jody was born in Wichita and raised in the BIG town of Udall. Since Jody joined the team it has been an adventure. She joined the team originally as our Director of First Impressions where she proved herself an exceptional member of the team and passionate about customer service. Jody prides herself on exceeding her client's expectations. |

Dave attended the University of Kansas and has over 30 years experience as a professional photographer. For 12 of those years Dave was a staff photographer for the Wichita Area Association of Realtors. He also has about 15 years sales and marketing experience in the financial services and securities field.
Dave is a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work. His can do attitude and customer first mindset make him an asset to the team and our clients. |

Melissa is the Transaction Coordinator. She is responsible for coordinating the thousands of details of each transaction so that nothing is overlooked. Melissa brings with her a strong background in customer service, mortgages and banking and is extremely excited about working with each of our clients and serving the community. She is continuously striving to make the buying or selling process as smooth as possible for all of our clients. Melissa is very dedicated to not only meeting the needs of our clients, but also to exceeding their expectations through good communication and attention to detail. |
